HR Recruiter
Location: Downtown LA
Schedule: hybrid onsite | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday onsite (Thursday and Friday remote) (8am-5pm)
Duration: temp-to-hire
Salary: $26/hr - $32/hr (depending on experience)
Job Description: The HR Recruiter is responsible for developing hiring strategies that effectively address the organization's staffing needs. This position oversees the complete life-cycle recruitment process and is responsible for designing and implementing processes that support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates for roles across all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties:
* Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to ensure equitable, competency-based hiring practices.
* Develop recruitment plans, branding strategies, and marketing content to expand talent pipelines and strengthen the organization's online presence.
* Manage job postings, sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, and staffing data to ensure timely hiring of diverse, high-quality candidates.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, community organizations, and affinity groups to support ongoing outreach and talent cultivation.
* Coordinate interviews, recruitment events, and candidate communication to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in recruitment in industries such as Non-Profit, Mental Health, or Healthcare space
* Bachelors Degree required
* Familiarity with supporting clinical and non-clinical roles is preferred
* Paycom HRIS experience is a plus
